City Detective / Police Headquarters Commanding Officer, some of Dr. Barnthan's most cherished memories are "meeting the entire world" when walking with his father, as a boy, through the different neighborhoods that make up New York City - literally, the world's second home. Dr. Barnathan's love of this diversity of knowledge, customs and potential has only grown since then.
